6. To consider and vote on authorising the Liquidator to enter into a payment arrangement, under a Deed of Settlement and Release, involving a term or performance of obligations that extends for more than three months pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001.
7. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
